Provista can offer Customers a 'Network Health Check' which will enable a detailed analysis of the network to assist in problem resolution and performance optimization.
The Network Health Check encompasses LAN, WAN and Host analysis. This examination will provide you with a detailed report on the current status of your network.
It will identify errors, provide baseline statistics for trend analysis and make recommendations for problem resolution and future growth. The Network Healthcheck can be tailored to any individual environment and can include the following:
- Problem diagnosis and remedial recommendations
- An analysis report showing any issues with the current network
- Recommendations for current Optimisation and for future growth
- A detailed Network Diagram
- Baseline information which can be used in the future for Trend Analysis and Troubleshooting
Typically, to perform a standard Network Health Check, we will need to spend a small number of days on your site to collect data and gather the network configuration. We will then examine this data and create a detailed report based on our findings.
