Provista are awarded contract by Axios Systems to implement a complete Cisco Unified Communications solution. Axios Systems is headquartered in Edinburgh, with offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific and is a leader in developing ITIL based Service Management Solutions. A detailed consultancy exercise has lead to Provista being select as preferred supplier to design and deploy a new Unified Communications solution for a dynamic international software company. Our consultancy highlighted significant business benefits and cost savings for our client. As a result, a full Cisco Unified Communications solution will be deployed. The Cisco IP Telephony system is enhanced by unified communications applications for collaboration and presence and will result in operational cost savings and increased efficiency. A new LAN is also included in the solution, designed with resiliency and advanced QoS features to provide a complete end-to-end solution.

Provista IP Communications have undergone a revolution consisting of website and content management upgades and offline marketing and stationery materials in conjunction with Ideas and Creations' website development  and branding team.

Provista are selected to design, configure and install a major Unified Communications solution for large multi-national organisation.  Our customer will realise significant cost savings with plans to bring international offices ‘on-net’ and to provide least cost routing for all calls across the organisation.  Presence features will also be enabled, with SMS and video conferencing available in a fully resilient solution.

Provista complete remote site design and rollout of IP Telephony, LAN and Wireless networks for major construction company.  Remote site work is a progression after successful completion of core site Unified Communications, LAN and wireless installation.

Provista install the first full enterprise Cisco MeetingPlace installation in Scotland.  A major healthcare organisation had a need for a powerful and scalable Voice and Web conferencing solution and Provista were trusted to design and install the MeetingPlace product.  A secure deployment was provisioned, allowing full collaboration facilities for vital medical staff dispersed across the organisation, resulting in reduced travelling and increased productivity.
