Provista complete full WAN re-design and installation of new routers for media organisation.  The consultancy included full WAN redesign bringing resilience and performance enhancements to 15 WAN sites across the UK.

Provista complete remote site design and rollout of IP Telephony, LAN and Wireless networks for major legal organisation.  Remote site work is a progression after successful completion of data centre Unified Communications solution.  Rollout project is planned for all other sites across the UK.

Provista become primary IP Telephony technical resource for a multi-billion pound national infrastructure company.  Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster is deployed at regional offices across the country and will scale to around 30,000 IP handsets.  Advanced applications such as full Unified Messaging and Contact Centre are included in the solution.

Provista pre-build, configure and test new IP Telephony and LAN solution for educational establishment.  The solution will provide a new fully resilient network that will be installed in stages to suit the customers’ migration plans.  Integration with the existing traditional PBX system is also a requirement, during the migration stage the IP Telephony system will operate alongside the PBX to make the transition to IPT as smooth as possible for the customer.

Provista are selected to be primary consultant for central Scotland education establishment.  Design for a new IP Telephony and LAN solution is included and is part of a major renovation programme.

One of the UK’s leading legal firms award Unified Communications solution tender to Provista.  The solution will include a core installation at the organisation’s data centre followed by remote-site rollout at all major sites across the UK.  The organisation will realise considerable cost savings and a feature-rich communications experience with the new solution.

Provista renew Cisco Partner Certification and continue their strong relationship with Cisco on a technical and commercial basis.

Provista complete full design and installation of LAN solution for leading call centre.  A fully resilient design is deployed for all network layers totalling 900 switchports and ten-gig links between major components.

Cisco Wide Area Application Services (WAAS) solution deployed to improve performance between customers’ WAN sites.  Our customer experiences performance improvements of around 40% on critical database applications across the WAN.  This presented a significant cost saving for our customer as costly additional WAN bandwidth is no longer required.
