Provista understand that projects cause disruption to our customers business and our methods of deployment ensure we get the solution installed and working first time with limited disruption to your business. When the solution is installed it will be implemented under the direction of the Provista project manager and senior project engineer.

Hardware and Software components with advanced features will be deployed as per the detailed design and scope of works agreed at the consultancy and planning stage. Installation may be phased according to operational requirement defined in the PID and documented in the project plan and scope of works. Each phase will be monitored and controlled against the plan.

Each implementation phases will be subject to rigorous site acceptance testing to ensure performance and features are operating as designed. Customers will be invited to assist in implementation for skills transfer and to witness the rigorous testing. Each phase will be subject to sign off by customer before moving to the next stage as identified in the plan.

It is envisaged that the complex nature of the implementation will require considerable detailed planning supported by the risk register, detailed design document and input from Customer regarding operational requirements.

Provista Support engineers will be briefed by the senior project engineer for phased handover to Provista support and schedules of supported equipment and products will be forwarded to the Provista Support Desk (in the situation of a Provista Remote Engineering customer)
