PROJECT HANDOVER
Following successful project practical completion in line with agreed test plans and documented success criteria the Project manager will be responsible for the collation of final documentation packages defined in the PID.

The documents will be presented to Customer and a project review will be held to determine that all products have been delivered, the correct operation and support environment is in place, financial reconciliation is in order and whether any lessons can be learned. The final project acceptance will be presented for sign off by the Customer and Provista Project Manager.
