Provista work with Sentel to provide call billing, statistics and reporting to our IP Telephony customers.  The Solution offered by Provista and Sentel offers a very accurate, scalable, clear and concise call reporting solution.  Provista extract the CDR records from our customers’ IP Telephony systems, then monitor and manage the secure data transfer of these records to Sentel.  In turn, Sentel compile the information into their excellent web-based reporting system to provide our customers with all the call detail reports they require for their businesses.
