Provista Service Credits provide a cost effective and flexible way to purchase on-site or remote technical support and project expertise.

Engineering Service Credits
The Engineering Service Credits are purchased as banked days, and can be used for any type of technical resource your business may require. Covered technology includes: IP Telephony/Unified Communications, Security, Wireless, LAN switching/routing or consultancy. The qualified and highly-skilled resource you book can be used for anything from project work to assisting with operational issues to fault finding, if required.
Your required dates for Engineering resource will be reserved in our calendar and an Engineer or Consultant will contact you in advance to discuss your expectations for the works. The Provista engineer or consultant will then attend site on the day(s) required to complete the work as requested.
Remote Engineering Service Credits
Remote engineering service credits are ideal when you do not require continuous remote engineering work. With these credits, you can action a Provista engineer via telephone or e-mail to remotely connect to your network where auditing, investigation, configuration and repair work can be carried out. Support calls are logged by the Provista helpdesk and an engineer will call back to action your issue.
Provista engineers will always work on a “stop the clock” basis with time accumulated based on the actual time the Engineer works on the call. A single credit is equal to one hour of accumulated engineering support time.
Please note that the SLA is 24 hours when using Provista Remote Service Credits. Enhanced SLA options are available using our Silver, Silver+ or Gold Remote Service Levels.
